No. 1st Watch Secure provides security consulting services with a focus on Active Assailant training, Work Force Resiliency training, De-escalation training, and Crisis Management training, and conducts vulnerability assessments for an array of organizations such as schools, universities, hospitals, religious institutions, businesses, municipalities, and the insurance industry.
Additionally, through our online subscription service, 1st Watch Secure has developed a suite of training courses within our Learning Management System in the areas of Stop-The-Bleed, Work Force Resiliency, Active Assailant, and Employee De-escalation.

All efforts are made to reduce costs to our clients through the streamlined process of our assessment tool, which focuses on effectiveness and efficiency. Typically, as assessment can be conducted in 1 to 2 days, with a minimal number of personnel and disruption to the client.
Yes. We can provide subject matter experts to review investigative/court related documents or provide expert witness testimony in all operational areas of law enforcement investigations, command and control, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) operations, crisis response and management, training, agency policy, use-of-force issues, and Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) team utilization.
Yes. As a normal function of our vulnerability assessment, we measure a client’s employee termination process. We believe in terminating an individual’s employment with dignity. 1st Watch Secure has created a “Termination with Dignity” process and can assist any organization with implementation of this process.
Yes. Our leadership training program has been designed around our operational experience in government and the private sector. All our team members have held or currently hold command and executive leadership positions. Our team has instructed at the FBI’s National Academy, the premier executive management training program for law enforcement executives from the United States and overseas.
