Yes. As a normal function of our vulnerability assessment, we measure a client’s employee termination process. We believe in terminating an individual’s employment with dignity. 1st Watch Secure has created a “Termination with Dignity” process and can assist any organization with implementation of this process.
Yes. Our leadership training program has been designed around our operational experience in government and the private sector. All our team members have held or currently hold command and executive leadership positions.
