Response Plan Development.
Our Active Assailant Preparedness service is a comprehensive overview of the current outlook on active assailant attacks in the United States and how they can affect your daily operations. Our team of security experts develops a customized response plan that includes the latest survival techniques and avoidance strategies for clients, personnel, and patrons within our customers’ operating environments. We serve at the behest of our client’s needs, and help them create an Active Assailant Response Plan, designed specifically to prepare people for violent intrusion attempts at their respective sites.
Continuing Education and Training.
1st Watch Secure and our team of trained professionals administer continuing Active Assailant Preparedness Education Seminars and Live Training Sessions. They’re geared to ensure that wherever there is staff turnover no one is overlooked, and clients contract with 1st Watch Secure to administer quarterly educational seminars and live clinical training sessions.
Video Training Seminars.
We offer Video Training Seminars that are professionally produced using 1st Watch Secure personnel as subject matter advisors and participants. Video Training Seminars are created to provide guidance for client personnel and to educate staff members on the Active Assailant Response Plan for a specific location or site.
Classroom Training and Live Presentation.
We can deliver a comprehensive 75-90 minute in-classroom training session to review the site-specific risk profile and individualized response plan for client sites. This training format is educational, interactive, and includes open forum concept to encourage dialogue between our experts and pertinent client personnel.
Following classroom awareness seminar, a team of 1st Watch Secure personnel will lead a Live Clinical Training Session with client personnel to implement the survival methods and techniques learned in the Classroom portion of the training. This add-on service is designed as interactive training enabling client personnel to develop a working knowledge of their site-specific tactical and C.R.A.S.E. response plans.
On-Site Risk Assessment.
We will conduct a comprehensive on-site evaluation of physical building systems and operational security protocols to develop the right threat management plan for violent intruder attacks. Heightened awareness and preparation are the key components to creating the safest possible environment for your people.
Response Plan Implementation and Testing.
Following thorough assessment, we will oversee the implementation of your new Active Assailant Response Protocols. Our staff work in collaboration with clients to administer new procedures and provides initial testing to gauge awareness and retention by key personnel.
As a service for existing clients of our Active Assailant Preparedness Training, we provide: monthly, quarterly, or annual site visits to review your Active Assailant Response Plans; updates to tactical procedures and survival techniques; and clinical testing drills to ensure your key personnel remain aware of the possible risk posed by acts of violence in the workplace.
